I have lived at the Preserve at Mobbly Bay for over 4 years. The management used to be friendly and helpful. The boy they have working in the office now is incredibly rude and condescending. The woman manager is extremely unhelpful and appears to be very unhappy. If the management changed, it would be a nice place to live.

I totally agree with you. They are good at getting tenants in, but once you're in, your stuck in hell, unless you pay all the fees for early lease termination.
