I understand in any apartment complex there are going to be noisy neighbors and other issues the management team can not control (large dogs barking at all hours, tenants not keeping his/her dog on a leash, car break-ins, etc.). However, the green pool and dirty hot tub is disappointing. The gym facility I thought was on the small side and the equipment seems out-dated. The kitchens are also dated (think early 90s), but the beige paint on the walls is a step up from the contractor white most properties offer. The maintenance staff is friendly, timely and didn t leave a mess. The large one bedroom floor plan is great very roomy and a lot of storage/closet space; plus it has a large walk-in closet that is bigger than most I ve seen in a single family home. I can't voice an opinion on the parking, as I have a garage. All in all, this complex is OK.
