My husband and I moved here a few years ago from Michigan. Deciding where to live in the Tampa area seemed overwhelming, but ultimately we decided to move into the Preserve because of the central location to the beaches, the airport, restaurants, shopping, A-rated schools, etc. We have been living here now for nearly three years and absolutely LOVE it. The staff is always available when we need them. The maintenance staff is quick to respond and they're always friendly and accommodating. The community has a really quaint feel which is hard to find in Florida; the staff actually remembers your name when you walk into the office which makes you feel at home. Unlike other places, this community seems extremely quiet for an apartment complex. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend the Preserve to anyone who is looking for a quiet, relaxing and comfortable apartment in a perfect part of town.- Megan
