One of the worst apt i have ever lived though the apts r good what i am talking about is the service and maintenance. Its considered as one of the costlier apt complex when compare to others in the same area, but the service/maint is not upto the rent. The staffs of this leasing office r the most annoying people who dont bother to listen to residents complaints and never act on the complaints immdly.Top of all the Manager of this community is the worst.All the staffs r not friendly,smiley or welcoming. Always rude over the phone as well in person when answering to the residents.Infact once during our living in this community all the parcels which was collected by the staffs frm UPS,FEDEX etc.,, were stolen the same day night and one of my friend too lost her electronic item sent from Best Buy. The staffs didnt even bother to send a sorry note to the residents who lost their package.
