I stumbled across this page while looking for a new apartment in the area. My family currently lives at the preserve but our lease is soon over. I had no idea that so many people felt the same way my husband and I do about the manager. We thought we had maybe gotten her on a bad day each time we talked to her. The rudeness and lack of attention she showed us was apparently not reserved for only us. As I said before our lease is up soon and I would love to stay here but I do not want to deal with her. The property is very nice and the apartments are great. Maybe all of us could send a petition to the owners and have her removed.

Mom23, I like your way of thinking! My husband and I had considered this place, but decided to rent elsewhere, due to location. However, if we had moved in and encountered the problems that many tenants have had with the manager we would have taken the necessary steps toward the removal of the property manager. Tenants in apartment communities need to feel more impowered and instead of just complaining do something about their situation. After all property managers and consultants are there to help and serve you!

I am transferring to Tampa within the next 3 months. The last thing I need is to deal with a rude disrespectful apt. manager. This is her job and she should be helpful and pleasant. There was nothing nice written about her. Thanks for the heads up; I will keep looking.
