I have just read the last few reviews,and while this obviously is a forum for VENTING, I totally disagree, Myself and my husband have lived at The Preserve since 2000, we have even put off our home purchase, because
we do not want that responsibility. The manager, Laura, has been here the entire time. After living in apartments for most of my adult life, I know this is not usual in this industry. She has always been professional, helpful and cooperative. Apparently someone had a problem, and decided to vent here. She was extremly
helpful to us with the hurricane issues, and quite frankly, Past managers I have experianced have been deplorable, but Laura obviously cares about her job and the tennents that live here. Do not let previous reviews here cloud your decision. Laura and her staff are exceptional to deal with, and we both highly reccomend The Preserve.

you really should check out that spelling of "EXPERIANCE"..and you dont need to tout the place...much goes around by word of mouth than by these reviews
