Being a resident of The Preserve at Temple Terrace for 5 years, I have never had ONE of the problems that everyone is writing about.
The apartments are beautiful and spacious, and I have never had roaches..! The staff is
very friendly and Laura leased me my apartment..she has been here since the place opened and that should say something..It is a really nice place to live and don't believe everything that you read! see for yourself.

She is probably still there because no one wants to hire her...Something to think about.

We have seen for our selves and would like to know what preserve you live at. Laura is incredably rude to anyone that actually asks her to do her job. I'm glad you've had a good experiance but let me reasure you that you are the exception and definatly not the rule.
