I have lived at the Preserve for almost 3 years..I came upon this site as I have a job transfer to Miami and was looking at that city. I really hope that I can find a community like this there..all the other apartments in tampa i have lived at were horrible! The staff is very accomodating. The negative comments here our ridiculous, just go see for yourself..with the exception of maybe 1 person..all of the staff has been here longer than myself. I highly recommend the preserve.
