CONS- The security gate is always disabled. The pool is always filthy and the area around the hot tub is always surrounded by trash and beer cans. The hallway floors in between apartments and the staircases leading up to the apartments are filthy and need to be washed or repainted. There is really poor air quality inside of the apartment which makes me curious how often they have the AC units cleaned and maintained. And one thing that drives me nuts and is going to escalate into me calling the police is how fast people drive through the parking lot. I hate speed bumbs but the Preserve needs to add them for the safety of the children I see living here and playing here. If I had children I would be outraged. And the managers working there are less than helpful, if anything they are just unhappy women. The blonde lady that is somewhat attractive always has a sneer on her face. Smile woman!!
PROS- Scenic area, parking is readily available, Starbucks is across the street. I would only recommend to someone new to Tampa. I am overall satisfied. I didn't have high expectations with the place, however my roommates are disgusted with it

I agree with your cons completely. In addition, because of the poor quality construction, in my apartment, you can hear every step of the person living above me, and hear everything (!!) from the bedroom in the apartment that is next to mine. Also, cigarette smoke from the person that lived below me came through my air ducts into my bedroom!!!
