I came to this site because I recently found out that the Preserves is being converted to condos and I need to find a place to move to. I have lived at the Preserve for over 3 years and have had MANY dealings with Laura. PLEASE KNOW THIS:
I did not come to this site to complain. I seriously thought maybe she was just one of those people that fate didnt allow me to like. As I read these reviews it appears that it isnt just me.
My views as listed here are just to confirm that what you see, is the truth.
The woman is:
Unprofessional, Unpleasant, Arrogant, Constantly Smells of Smoke, Likely to Curse like a Sailor from her Office while on personal calls that anyone can overhear, NOT the personality type or Appearance type that I would ever put in that position if it were my company, Innattentive, Known to answer questions with the first thought that pops into her head (then denies that she provided you with that answer),Unladylike and Dishonest.
Again, I am not trying to be "catty". If you are considering this as your home, PLEASE BE WARNED. The things you see here about her are true.

are you serious! you are defianately being "catty" I live at The Preserve and most of the comments about Laura are NOT true, the woman has been there for 7 years, she has always been professional in appearance and manner..Get a life and complain about something of more importance..
