I have lived at The Preserve at Temple Terrace for 2 1/2 years. I have to disagree with all of the postings on this site. It is unfortunate that people take advantage of these forums to complain about people and not
what they were intended for. I love it here so much that I am considering buying my apartment, as they are turning into condos.
None of those things written here have I ever encountered. Laura has been nothing but nice and helpful to me. I don't even know the other girls in the office, so I can't comment. The apartments are clean, in a great location, and all my calls have been handled immediately. Take this site for what its worth.
