Here we go. I know most of the Staff here. The girls are great, EVER LAURA! Every encounter I have had with her has been pleasant and she has found me answers if she doesn't know something off the top of her head. I deal more with the other girls (which I will keep anonymous so they aren't threatened, haha) and they're always really nice and helpful. My guess is some people just plain don't know how to be polite, they probably go and complain to Laura about EVERY little thing which if someone did that to me they'd be lucky they weren't in a full body cast by the time they finished their first sentence. The apartment is GREAT I live on a bottom floor and rarely every hear noise, I've heard ONE person yell since I started living here in January aside from that ONE time VERY VERY quiet (as oppose to some WAY more expensive condos I know of in St. Pete 'Itopia' where when a pin drops upstairs the entire place shakes). The grounds are well maintained and they are repainting all the outsides of the apartments/condos right now. The Garages are fairly good sized and CHEAP $7000 is what I??m getting mine for (1 car w/auto door opener and a door into my breezeway). I AM going to buy my apartment too the deal is UNBEATABLE. I have 889 SQ ft. Maintenance guys are really good too they actually KNOW how to fix things instead of guessing or doing a trial and error case like so many seem to do now days. I highly recommend this place, please be ware of "The Falls" (ex The Arbors) though next door... they are EXPENSIVE poorly designed and the sales people are SHARKS!!!!

Hey rocket scientist, we know you are a manager or employee for the preserve. Why else would you put your exact square footage of your unit. The same for exact price for garages. The sales must be hurting. Note to all buyers ask to see the inspection report. The buildings on Fletcher are sinking!! When I was a tenant back in 03. I had water damage and doors looked crooked and I went to Laura and she said the building is sinking and they need to pump concrete below the building. This is the reason they went condo. Now all the condo owners will have to pay the huge assesments after the developer leaves them hanging. I am glad I have moved from the sinking ship.
