Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
The grounds are dirty and nasty. There are bags of trash outside left for days.
Diaper and papers that are dropped by the valet service and are never picked up.
The area smells like rotten meat. The sidewalks are gross, I don't no the last time they were cleaned.
The wasp nests are really bad and should be sprayed and knocked down.
The bug (cockroach, ants etc.....) problem is horrid...........
You can forget getting anything repaired, that would take an act of GOD.
