People/Area:
Like many communities in this area, being fairly close to USF and Suitcase City, this place is about 50% Thugs (or people that slap on a few tatoos and a fake tan and think they are thugs) and 50% college students. Noise is horrible, every other car driving down the main drag on Sanctuary Cove is blasting up their car stereo.

Maintenence/Office Staff:
Flooding in my balcony. Bugs everywhere, they don't fumigate at all. I have lived here 2 months and they still haven't fixed any of the issues in my appartment or even given me a trash can...so the Raccoons get in my trash every time I put it out. It seems to take an act of congress to get anything done here...you can clearly tell the only focus of the staff is to sell these units. You see dozens of maintenence staff working on the units being sold, but those of us leasing couldn't get the time of day.

My suggestion:
If you are new to town, look closer to New Tampa or in one of the neighboring small towns, or more towards the beach (ie. Wesley Chapel). Despite the normal people that work in the rental offices in this area, and the nice landscaping in these communities, this is NOT a nice part of town at all. I have lived in many places before, and the people living here are the most rude, arrogant, and disrespectful -------- I have ever seen. If you don't believe me, stand beside Sanctuary Cove Dr for 10 minutes on a Friday night...makes me feel like I am in the Bronx.

50% thugs and 50% college student? that a very high exageration. most of the people who live here are employees of the business complex right next door to save on gas and not have to drive. the other is mostly families. yes there are thugs and college students but thats not the majority at all.

I will also agree with "highagain" that 50/50 is quite an exaggration, although there is some truth to that statement. There is a very diverse group of people in this community. I grew up in Toronto so I wouldn't have it any other way, but its not for everyone.
