Very noisy. Neighbors walking upstairs sounded like they were jumping up and down. After lease, they tried to claim we owed them additional money and threatened collections. After 3 months, they admitted that they owed us a refund, but shorted us on the amount. Their attitude is that the non-refundable "re-decoraction fee" is an administrative fee that is not applied against any clean-up required. It's not worth taking to court, but stay away unless you want to be charged an extra $100 at the end of your lease.
