This is an ok place. Here are the issues that I can remember from staying here:
- Minor cockroach problem, nothing that a bit of RAID can't handle.
- WAY too expensive. I am now in a 3-bedroom townhome in a much nicer area for just $200 more than I was paying for my 1-bedroom 1-bath unit here.
- Getting out of the complex is a pain, good luck turning left, you'll need it.
- The traffic is constant, and I mean CONSTANT on the main street to the right, so definitely avoid a 1st floor unit unless it is in the back facing the bush.
- Make sure you look both ways before crossing the street, or you will get run over by an intoxicated college student driving 50mph in daddy's bmw.
- Getting things fixed here is impossible, it almost got to a point where I was going to start fixing things myself and subtracting the cost of repair from my rent.
- There are no sidewalks, so those of us that like to get some exercise are forced to walk on the sides of the roads, making them even narrower than they already are.
- Some retard has one of those horns that sounds like a train, and drives around the complex in his car honking randomly at anything that moves. Someone get him a girlfriend already! :)

Overall it is an ok place to live though. Just watch out for the fact that these are 3-tier deals, the management company looks after the place but the buildings are owned by investors. It is not clear in the lease who is responsible for what. So when you have an issue, the investors will tell you to talk to management, and management will tell you to talk to the investors. They play off one another to avoid any kind of liability.

Also note that the crowd is predominantly Indian with some college students. Both of which have a strict tendancy to stick to their own kind in this area. So if you are neither of the above, then do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
