I have lived here for 4 yrs. and in that time I have had a vehicle stolen ( never has been found) and most recently I had "ALL 4 Tires and Rims" stolen of my brand new 2003 vehicle. I have also been told by my neighbors that they too have experienced similar problems with their cars and other personal property.

Unfortunately "management" has done absolutely nothing to alert tennants of these events and has done nothing to rehire or replace courtesy patrol for months.

If you are considering moving to "Ralston Place" you may want to re-evaluate how important it is to you to park your car in the parking lot where you live and have it be intact or even be there when you get up to go to work.

Trust me I know.
