Ridiculous management...old apartments. Many times I have seen the "secuity officer" sleeping on the hood of his car. If you live on the side near the home...not the side facing Habana (Bldg 6) be prepared for TONS of loud parties, trash thrown over the fence and not a care in the world if you complain.
Not sure if the same manager (Melanie) is there, she lived there for years "for the free rent" but other than that she did NOTHING to make things more livable. When our apartment was broken in to she acted as though it was our own fault...since we "choose to live facing the lake and near the dark fence" the next week our air conditioner caught fire...since it is in a closet with the coils under the drip part when it freezes up it just takes ONE drip and ELECTRIC FIRE!!! We weren't terribly excited about this, nor ready to jump out of any windows at 2AM to avoid being burned, we moved out two weeks afterward, best thing we ever did!
