My boyfriend and I had hoped that our first place together would be a memorable one, and i can honestly say these apartments sure have made the cut. When we first moved in we were greated with excellent customer service, the office management bent over back wards to accomodate us moving in, but then halfway through our lease the owners decided to fired the old managment and bring in new ones and thats when the trouble began. What once was a quiet peaceful complex soon turned into the projects. The office was letting anyone lease, not caring about the type of people they were. me and my boyfriends car was broken into, mine wiped clean of anything valuable, and just last night someone tried to take my car ALL TOGETHER. the apartments are small, maintenance doesnt fix the problems they just cover it up and hope you dont notice it. We used to have grounds security but the new management decided to be cheap and get rid of it without giving any of the tenents notice. the new office people are rude and could care less about your issues and concerns, and will blow you off before you even finish your sentence. the parking is horrific, i can never find a spot close to my building. Do yourself a favor and when you see Ralston Place, just keep driving.
