I have been living here for 3 years now and it can't get any better than this. The staff and maintenance are very sweet and willing to help in my every need. They are always welcoming. I will renew my lease here at Ralston Place, if you are looking for a new place that's affordable and in a excellent location, you must stop by this community. Trust me I have been here for 3 years!!!

Really? Funny how this review is a total 180 from ALL others, including my own. Been there 3 years? And how long have you worked there, or perhaps, had a friend in the office that "takes care of you?" Obviously a fake review. Even the nicest places have something that someone would disagree w/. Break-ins, stolen vehicles & unhappiness is what you'll find at Ralston Place. For your own well-being, please, try to find another place to live.

I agree, this place sucks. The new manager is very rude and the leasing agent is an idiot. I hate this place and wish i never moved in that place. My apartment smells like smoke and i dont even smoke, i have asthma and when i told the manager she told me to close my bathroom vents. If she was so great, then she would know that my vents in the bathroom are not able to close. My water in the bathroom has been running for days. I dont know who that person is friends with in the office, but this community is trash.
