this is by far the worst place i moved. me and my son live here.so i am constantly worried of him falling through the rails, they are so far apart. the chandaliar is wayyy too low. it's very small. the maintaince sucks. the place isn't presentable. the view of the street is un-appatizing.the lake view cost more. the windows let a draft in which highers my bills!!!! the paint on the walls is obvious that its been painted over and over, repeatly. THEY NEED TO TEAR IT DOWN! the leasing lady can care less about your problems. the rent is cheap but it isnt even worth that. i wouldn't live here if it was free.the i can see rust of the steps and the fact that there is no in unit hook up with such a big distance to drag my laundry basket is dreadful. i am so happy im moving to coopers landing next month. i wont even drive by here. i hate this place!
