Terrible office staff, horrible mantainance

The office staff sucks especially this one ------- who sat and talked to her boyfriend for 5 minutes while I stood waiting for her to acknowledge that I was even in the room. When off the phone she turned and started eating some candy and mumbled "what'" like I was bothering her.
Mantainance is HORRIBLE. Good friggan luck getting your AC to work for more than 2 days without freezing up. When I place a work order they don't do squat!!!
