I didn't know any better and signed the lease when my other roomates signed their lease here. I didn't really check the area out too much and I just saw the model apt. This is the worse place I have lived in Tampa. I would have rather lived on campus. The staff is HORRIBLE, they sit there like your not even standing there when you are in the front office. The walls are paper thin, you can hear EVERYTHING going on, upstairs and next door. The maintenance is really good, but you have to call them all the time, cause everything breaks. This is the most ghetto place you can live. I would advise not signing a lease here. Plus their specials suck, you can get better deals else where. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
