I lived in this place with 3 other roomates (4 bedroom, shared living, kitchen,etc). there were only two things that made reflections superior during the time i was there 1)square footage 2)the price. the rooms and bathrooms were a little larger compared to other college communities at the time and i paid 400 for the 3 yrs i was there, they never increased my rate when i renewed my lease. But the management there is awful and the leasing agents are idiots. There 'roomate matching' is a joke. i'm sure most ppl lie on the initial app (are u clean 'yes!!', are u loud 'no, of course not!!)so there's always a chance that you'll be placed with ppl that aren't compatible with you. But the chances that you aren't compatible with anyone'!'! No. I was placed with 3 loud, obnoxious, filthy wh*res. I filed numerous complaints about the noise and about the place being dirty and the managment did nothing. Parking is a joke if you live in the buildings towards the back. only one dumpster which was always overflowing. the air conditioning, sigh. you can't really call it 'central' now can you when all of the rooms at the front where the unit is are the only ones who get air!!!!! The mail service is even awful. How can they screw up mail you may ask' One, they had a second company distribute the mail after it was handled by the postal service. Either my mail was always late ( i received one letter 1 mnth after it was dated!!!) or i never received my mail at all. the parking gate is also a joke, it's always broken or sitting wide open. the computer lab might as well not be there, it's always either full of people, who usually don't live there or the computers are broken and there's never any paper in the printer. Did I mention the noise' Loud music coming from every where, at all times of day. And there was always trash sitting out by the doors. You could be fined for it, but they never enforced that rule, so you always got to smell and look at other ppls trash. grounds are loosely kept. the gym equipment is always broken. everyone has pets (and there is supposed to be a no pet rule). The mngmt might as well not be there. Overall, I would not recommend this place to halfway civilized ppl at all, but if you're a dirty drunk loud obnoxious wh*re, than this place is perfect for you

PS - DURING RAINY AND HURRICANE SEASON: The power will go out even if it drizzles. any time there is a hurricane you will be miserable, it takes days for them to get power back on
