I too was very weary about moving into Reflection safter having read all the nagatuve reviews, prior to my moving in. give the location and price I decided to give htem a chance and have never regretted it. here is why.
Bad/really annoying:
- The stinking gate is always broken. Whenever it's fixed its broken in the next week or so.
- The fricking trash compactor is always over-filled
- Our neighbours are nasty j....ks and h...oes

Good/not so bad:
- Yes there is the occasional noise but it is not frequent at all.
- Maintenance is actually good, the only thing is that they don't work on weekends and I only found this out after I filled a report late a Friday afternoon. Late one night, we had an emergency with the garbage disposal and the guy came that same night. Otherwise they typically come the next day.
- Despite complaints that there were roaches, we've only seen two tiny ones. Generally if you keep a nasty place of course your apartment is going to encourage roaches.

Management are also d--ks about parking, so if you have any friends over make sure they park in the right spot. Also, there were some cars that were broken into (mine inc), the mailboxes were broken into, people deal dope, and my roommate got held up. It's not really Reflections' fault...you're living in the 'hood.
