The complex is not the best in town but for what you pay you get your moneys worth and a little more.It's located to everything you could possibly think of. The complex looks great.The grounds are kept clean and the maintenance is on point.no complaints here.The gates are broken from time to time and compared to other complex their is a greater chance of cars to be broken into here. You have to take into consideration that Tampa its self has one of the highest crime rate in the nation.Its college living. the room space out beats any other complex.The furniture needs to be updated but when compared to what is provided in a dorm this apartment beats that hands down. The dorms at USF arent even half the size here and the price I PAY HERE IS $300 LESS than living on campus. The gym, gameroom,computer lab and leasing office are fine. The peaple working in the leasing office are friendly.Pay rent on time and there should be no proble. I have no parking problems but i dont live in the back either.You cant help uncompatible roommates, thats a problem regardless of where you stay.If you got the cash to dish on an a better complex go ahead but for those tryin to get by dont let the other comments scare you.Its a place where you can lay your head down at night.As for the noise I dont mind what little of it I hear.Its college students for the most part, what do you expect' Theres no block parties here.Most of any noise comes from cars passing by.You want noise go to AVALON APARTMENTS.Dont rely on these comments, come and check it out for yourself.What you can adjust to may be different for someone else. This is not the place for the elite. The complex lacks social events for the residents. . . to be honest Avalon gots that on lock. All in all I likes!
