You move in and submit a work request cause your bed is broken, takes them 2 weeks just to get you a bed. Front door gets broken in, 3 weeks to replace a door UNDER COURT ORDER. Roommate shoots your whole apartment and damages your stuff, management gives them a warning, for $2800.00 in personal damages. This place sucks. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

ummmm...u actually expect an apt complex to be responsible for your roommate damaging your stuff...fyi anywhere you live will say that they arent responsible for your personal belonging if damaged.

More my point was allowing someone to own a gun in the apartment who shoots everything, and I am not talking about a toy gun, but a semi-auto remington .270
