I'm laughing at some of these reviews especially people who are annonymous. To me shows that they are cowards. Contrary to many of these low lifes, living at reflections has been a good time for me. The towing is ok, i had a friend get the car towed but hell i was told when i moved in that visitors are to park in visitor only so thats their fault for not following the rules (there is a sign that says to not park without decal). The amenities are great, the prices are great ($499 erything included). I have had the luxury of living with friends so we have an understanding to not go over on electricity and the times we went over I've been shown the TECO bill so I know I wasn't being swindled out of my money. Anytime I have a work order it gets done, there has been some occassions where a work order takes longer because maintenance needing to order parts etc. I really like the maintenace staff they have a guy who rides around on his cart with spanish music playing and you'd see him dancing and singing (i think is pretty funny). Overall i think people dont realize they are to blame for their unhappiness if you have a problem then say something to the staff they always help me when i speak to them about anything. Go check out this apt complex they arent as bad as everyone on here is making it seem!

Yeah, ok "smoothdd052". Because that's so much better than anonymous. They swindled me out of a thousand dollars a year ago. Had NO problems while living there...it was a bit in the ghetto, but I LOVED my roommates, loved the price, never paid a late rent, and the staff was always helpful. Until my lease ended...I called THREE times to ask what day/time my lease was up, and went to see them in person. I couldn't find a copy of my lease so it seemed like the logical thing to do. After they told me THREE TIMES to move out by May 1st at noon, I did. And no one said a thing to me about breaking my lease (which in fact ended May 31st) when I turned in my keys, parking permit, etc. The first I heard of anything was from a debt collector two months down the road for all of may's rent, a fee for breaking the lease, and a bunch of other random charges I didn't understand. I prefer to stay anonymous because I don't want any more trouble with these people. It got heated and I was able to settle for half, when they didn't deserve a penny.
