I've been here for almost a year and renewed my lease because I have no problems with this apartment complex. When people are writing bad things about the area they need to realize what area you are living in....the USF area has always been known to have more crime then other parts of Tampa.

Rent is affordable and I was matched with roommates that I love. Ever since the new management staff has taken over I have seen nothing but upgrades which is cool. I didn't move here because it was the nicest looking but more because it's affordable. Now it's looking really nice and I think that it's going to start getting some much better reviews.

I reccommed living here!
