Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
 
Here are some pros and cons:

Pros:
-Cheap rent
-Decent size bedroom
-Located in USF area
-Quiet (depends on what building you live in)

Cons:
-Office staff can be rude at times
-Maintenance is slow at times
-Main dumpster always looks unkept
-Thugs (of all races) roam the complex at all hours of the day, SERIOUSLY!!
