I've been here for a year and a half now, before i continue, let me point out that i simply re-leased at this hell hole cause i dont have the funds to put the money down on another apartment yet.

This place sucks. for the following reasons.

MANAGEMENT: Rude, completely incompetent, and the entire time, they expect you to pay rent. They DO NOT care about their tenants. They're more likely to swindle you for a quick buck than help you. They will have magical "overages" for no reason, probably shoving their friends overages onto your account.

THEFT: Happens all the time. I've had their repair guys come in to work on my apartment, and ---- go missing, when they've been the only people in the apartment (I lock the door religiously, so it's not like people can just walk in) Their repair crew will walk into your room without notice, and if you're there will come up with some excuse, they've walked in on me and my bf being intimate atleast twice now. talk about your mood kill.

UNKEMPT: they have ONE compactor for what, 600 people' they either need to go the way of most complexes with valet trash, or add another compactor or two to help keep it clean.

SECURITY: or rather, the lack thereof. The gate only works maybe 20% of the time, people piggy back in on everyone else, the one cop that drives around at night doesn't do much but talk to tenants. and not like "you shouldn't do what you're doing" talks. he actually just chats for as long as you can. I personally have had to pry myself away from his attention wanting.

HORRIBLE ROOMMATE PAIRUP: I had a crazy psycho living in my apartment for a while, it was hell. She would go ape ---- for absolutely nothing, stole my ---- out of the fridge even when it had my name on it, then when caught would give the "oops, i thought it was mine" line.

REALLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS: They will move you around for no reason, give you the run around, accept partial payment one month, then wont for two, allow it for one month again. especially in this economy, they should be happy that they get all their money, even if it's 400 here, and 100 later.

Overall, do not move here unless you have absolutely no choice. and then make sure to save up for when your lease ends. For no reason, should you do what i did and release for another year, you're just setting yourself up for disappointment, and to watch what money you attempt to save, go down the drain.
