Clearly some of the people below have had issues, but honestly nothing's really happened to me or my roommates and friends that live here too. When I first moved in there were quite a few roaches so I called the front office and pest control was at my door the next morning and has been regularly.
Nothing in my apartment has broken and I've been here for 11 months.
Reflections is in the process of getting upgraded furniture with 42" plasma tvs and although my apartment hasn't been upgraded yet, I've been in friends' places and I'm soo jealous!
We hardly ever have overages. Just make sure you turn off stuff when you're not using it and don't keep your AC at 70.
I know they're very strict on towing, but reflections passes out fliers and hangs up signs reminding residents at least a week in advance to get a new decal, which is free.
And someone mentioned something about people following in behind the gate' How could that problem be fixed, seriously' If they make the gates close after the first car, there's gonna be major issues with people's cars getting hit by the gate.
Overall, I've felt safe here and I'm not going anywhere.
Oh, and I really like the big trees all over the place!
And I love the pool!
