My husband and I lived at Reflections for two years. We have been transfered to Tampa and not knowing anything about Tampa or its areas, we moved to Reflections. At first it seemed ok.but it went downhill the whole time we were there. Apliances were always broke. Our refrigerator went out and it took them 5 days to replace it. We lost all the food in the refrigerator and freezer. Our dishwasher broke numerous times as did the garbage disposal. Maintenance was extremely slow to respond. There is a big bug problem there also. Noise is another problem. We had noise from apartment above us all the time and the noise from the apartment beside us was
unbearable at times. They place there stereo wide open. The noise rattled the walls and the pictures hanging on the walls. The office never did anything about it. There was break ins all the time (apartments and cars). The lights in the hallways and stair wells were not working half the time, making it very dark and dangerous. We did not fell safe there and couldn't wait to move out. There are alot of undesirables living there. Reflections is not a safe place to live. I would not recommend Reflections to anyone who wants a safe and friendly place to live and/or raise a family. All I can say is, thank God we didn't have any children. Stay away if you value your property and your life.
