I'm coming up on the end of my third year. I can only say that it's been strictly a downhill ride. It was "good" for the first year. Evie (the office manager) was a sweetheart who'd go out of her way to help. Then they changed the office management staff and outsourced the maintenance to another company. They try, but the place is getting too old to keep using duct tape. My AC has gone out at least four times in the last two years. I have termites in my "den" and wouldn't feel comfortable letting anyone stay a night in there. Last year they had to tent a third of the adjoining buildings to mine for termites. And yes, there was a shooting. The area has taken a turn for the worse in general, it just so happens Reflections is in the middle of it. And AIMCO - they're a joke. You complain to them and they just go back to the rental office. Hopefully I can find someplace in the immediate area. The only possitive thing about Reflections is the closeness to my work.
