Had I read some reviews...!!
Here we go....

1. Horrible Leasing office staff - mostly college students who don't care and can't help you with ANYTHING. Bad Attitudes. Don't answer the phone EVER.
If UPS or USPS leaves mail that couldn't fit in the mail box, they lose your mail for months! Basically Liars. Corporate office; I sware is just some guy who takes all the complaints and does nothing.

2. RULES - they changes rules all the time. When I first moved in the gym was being "re-done" for almost 6 months! Had to get a membership at Lifestyles then, when they finally re-opened it. $100, $50 non refundable for a gym key!! They said that was included in the rent. LIE. 2A. That balconey you pay for, you now can not put anything on it but plants. NO bikes, no chairs, benches, toys, ANYTHING. Not even a decorative curtain or sheet for privacy and protection! 2B. Tried to up the rent on us, even though we renewed before the date where your rent would not go up!

3. BUGS! ANTS! GNATS! SPIDERS! Did I mention ants!

4. Pool is dirty most the year, maybe clean for like 1 month. There is always unattended teens and young'ns throwing crap, screaming, running in the pools and making it impossible to relax or SWIM in it.

5. Trash is always OVER FLOWING... They spray some ROTTON ROTTON death water over the sidewalks (for the grass). Making it impossible to get in your apt with out vomiting.

6. They chopped down beautiful green plants and trees so you could see the UGLY tennis court, now all that is left is mud and dirt all around the little stream. SO SAD TO SEE.

7. Our neighbor has 2 cars and a motorcycle, which we have complained about 2-3 times. He still uses up 3 FULL parking spaces while we park far away in the one car we share.
