I've lived here since April 2007 and have to say I love the complex.

PARKING: Parking can be a struggle (as it is at most apartments)

NOISE: Very quiet. I've lived in building 1 and 6, never had a problem. The walls are thin.

GROUNDS: Love it! I do have to say they keep up with the landscape. The dumpster gets full sometimes but they just started valet trash pick up @ your door Sun-Thur.

SAFETY: Lots of lighting, bushes are cut back from the sidewalks, there's a security officer that rides around on a golf cart. UPS packages etc are left with the office staff (if UPS can not reach you) where you have to pick up with ID and sign for.

MAINTENANCE: I have to say they are pretty good. They have always responded the same day I've called (for little things) if not the next morning. They always leave a paper stating they were in your apartment, who, and why they were there.

STAFF: Very nice. Social. They try to get to know all their residents. Never had a problem with them.

OVERALL: Definately would recommend! =) Price isn't too bad. But you get what you pay for. For a nicer community its worth it.

I guess some people are never satisfied. You don't like it then move..how hard is that? And FYI I'm not staff, I don't know what building your living in but mine is fine.
