I've just recently relocated to Tampa from another city. While apartment hunting I came upon Lincoln Oaks Apartments, and upon further inquiry, found that their rates were reasonable, grounds well kept, and location convenient for me. When I moved in I had a personal concern that I expressed to the management and they immediately went about doing what they could to ensure that my concern was addressed. What that let me know about the current management is that they actually care about their residents and believe in attaining results on their residents behalf. I shall never forget how much urgency they placed upon my concern and how quickly they addressed it. So far I must say that this is a professionally very well run residential property that cares about its residents. I just believe in giving credit where credit is due.
