I Live Here Now

I currently live in Lincoln Oaks and have for almost 4 years. I love my apartment and have only had problems with the parking. This is due to living near the office and the amount of people that come to visit and stay with friends or go to Outback. I have learned to live with the parking and it's never extremely bad. They have onsite security that I love. The only ones I know that complain about him are the ones that normally make trouble.
The only reason I am leaving here is to be closer to both of my jobs. they are both in Brandon and I make a 45 min drive to work 7 days a week. The cost of gas rising and the wear and tear on my truck is just more than I want to deal with right now.
The grounds are nice, they just expanded the gym, and the computer room is great. I had to use it when my pc went down for a week.
I am fanatic about having a clean apartment and putting the rental washer and dryer in made me cringe but I stayed another year because I enjoy it so much. My daughter goes to a nice high school and the neighbors are all nice.
I have never had any problems getting things done by maintenance when I call them or place a ticket in the office. They always have it done that day. I guess it's all in how you ask for it. The tone and sound of your voice means everything. I have been in customer service now for 16 years. Believe me if you call screaming and belittling me, you get very very little and I will never understand just how important something is to you unless you calmly and rationally explain it to me.
