Since I have been here, I have dealt with many problems that were not resolved in a professional, or efficient manner. For example, my dishwasher was broken for over 4 months. Each time I called to tell them, they would take down my number and tell me that they'd call me back. I never recieved a return phone call once.

Also, maintenance entered my apartment one morning while I was sleeping and I had no idea. I awoke to the sound of a man yelling IN MY APARTMENT- at the top of his lungs- "HEYYYY...HEYYYYY!!!". This was very scary, being that I live alone and didn't know who was in my apartment.

When I moved in I agreed to a certain price for rent. Now, over a year later, they told me that they calculated the rent wrong and that I owe them money for THEIR mistake!! I must add that after I refused to pay it, the person in the office was nice enough to tell me that she'd fix the problem and I wouldn't have to pay it. I must give her credit, she was understanding, helpful, and kind.
