Your first impression of this complex would probablly be a good one. The pool and fitness center are more than adequate, and just look at that office! Everyone was wondering when they'd be switching to condos after we watched as they sunk rediculous amounts of money into remodeling the office.(while letting our appliances stay broken)
As I said...great FIRST impression. They did spend a great deal of time painting the OUTSIDE of the buildings, but as for our individual apartment homes...they could not care less.
When something is broken, it literally takes weeks for them to get around to fixing it. And this is only if they attempt to actually fix it when they do get around. I have had maint. come to my apartment just to stare at my washer before saying there was nothing he could do.
In a few months my lease will be up and I'm excited. It will be a pain to move, and I will be paying $300.00 more a month than I am right now, but it's well worth it. I'm moving to another complex that has been completely remodeled. Funny- they didn't even re do their office. Instead, they redid every single apartment in addition to everything else.
Lincoln Oaks may have a great little facade set up- "what a nice OFFICE". But once you look past the cover, you will see why you can never judge a book before looking a little deeper.
