----------- manager of the complex is so unprofessional and totally dishonest !! She will pretend to write a complaint or maintanence request and she never turns it in to be fixed. The pool furniture is broken and unusable. People continusouly swim in dirty clothes and break rules. Manager, ---, has been told numerous times and has done nothing to correct any situation. --- gives the assistant manager all work to do because she is incompetant to complete any task. She wants to spend time looking in the mirror and playing with her hair. She doesn't care about anyone but herself.
Since she has moved into the complex as manager, she has had a washer and dryer put in her apartment while all of the tenants have to use the public laundry facilities.
--- is very untruthful and will talk about you once you leave her office. --- is not professional in any way and should not be in management without training. We had a superior manager at one time and --- had everything to do with getting her let go.
Now another person is leaving the office. The residents at Relections of Carrollwood are doomed. Don't move here or you will regret it !!!!!!!!!!
