Property manager------------ is completely useless. She will not even bother to drop her makeup so she may write a service call (yes, the office manager sits at her desk and does her makeup). When you go to the office with a problem, --- gives the distinct impression the she is annoyed that you actually expect her to do her job. I was told by the maintenance manager not to bother to even tell her when something breaks, to go directly to him, as he knows --- will not relay anything to him.

Not enough parking spaces, broken pool furniture, the "business center" is a joke, two computers and one printer that sounds like it's dying, that is if the computers are actually working. Also, be careful where you walk. Nobody here picks up after there dog, even when it goes on the pathway. There is a dogwalk, but many residents don't use it, so watch where you walk. The lake is polluted with plastic bags and beer bottles. Of course, they have made improvements, the office is beautiful, they repaved the parking lot (at the inconvenience of it's residents) they just added new sod, but of course, not in the back of the complex. Oh, I almost forgot, the laundry rooms are usually filthy (one day there was a large pile of feces on the floor), and forget about trying to do laundry on the weekends. There is not enough machines. Don't move here!
