Ok, many of us live in's at Lincoln Oaks/Reflections are upset at the poor service we recieve here from the Property Manager------- Not only have I called every week for a call back, I have even seen many new faces in the office up front. What happened to -----' She cared and wanted to help us all. --- on the other hand could care less about who is here and who is not. Also she cares about is getting paid and living for less.
Do you have ants in your apartment' Hey so does --- and she says and I quote. "It's ok I have them to it is part of our living area." When you ask about do they spray like a pest control; here is your answer "they spray every Monday." Where do they spray in ---'s office' Come on folks really How long is this property going to stand for a property manager who is more concerned about the nail she just broke than the tenant who has a really issue.
They say pick up after your dog(s). How many is that by the way' I saw a guy just a few minutes ago he has 4. No light weights there either. Back to picking up, yeah I do it but why should I the neighbors above us don't the lady in building 15 walks her dogs in front of our windo and let's them do the deed and walk off. Leaving it there for us to walk all over. Hey also here is a note if you work for the Florida State Troopers or Sheriff's Office your dog does not need a leash and you don't have to pick up after them. Really you are above the Law. Bull you ain't above anything except the ground you walk on.
Want to get away with smoking dope and dealing drugs. Visit one of your neighbors. They might have some stuff from one of mine who deal. But nothing is ever done about those things. Hey Refelctions is free for all type place and who cares. Because --- doesn't.
