Move somewhere else!

When I moved here, ------- was the office manager, and this was a nice place to live. BUT, then --- took over as manager, what a nightmare! This place has been going downhill ever since. --- and the rest of the office staff are rude.
-It takes a few weeks and multiple phone calls to get maintenance to come to your apartment.
-When I moved in, I was promised new blinds(mine are broken), never happened.
-Pest control has not been here in over six months. When you ask the office, they say they're coming, but again, they haven't been here in over six months; now I have ants, and even though I have never had ants before, --- tells me it is part of living in FL.
-No outgoing mailbox - the office staff won't take it for you to give to the mailman, they will tell you to go to the post office.
-The laundry rooms are always dirty, and there are not enough machines, some of which are usually broken. Other tenants will take your clothes out of the washer/dryer when they are done. I normally get back to the laundry room within 3 minutes of the washing machine being done, one time only to see some dirty man taking my clean clothes out of the washer. On other occasions, I have gone in there and no machines were available, other tenants suggested I take some strangers clothes out of the machines so I could use them. Real nice.
-There is a serious problem with dogs here. It seems almost every tenant has one, or two rather. The incessant barking is driving me insane. All day dogs are barking, even when it is 12 at night. Then there is the POOP problem. They have a dog walk, which mostly goes unused. There are dog droppings all over the place, watch where you walk. Oh, and quite a few tenants like to bring their dogs to the pool. There is a rule against this, and even though the pool is right next to the office, they do not enforce the no dogs at the pool rule(not to imply that they actually enforce any other rules).
-Parking is hard here. Try getting home early if you want someplace to park.
-Poorly insulated apartments, I can hear everything that goes on outside & in the apartment above me.
-The dumpster is often overflowing, I get a great view of it from my apartment.
-Routy loud people. They like to hang out at the picnic table drinking 40's, or out on their porches getting drunk & loud late into the night. Also there are the cars with extremely loud music that makes things shake in my apartment.
-Cars have been getting broken into.
-The new landscaping company they hired thinks nothing of blowing leaves, dirt and grass all over your car.
-They require 2 months notice if you are not renewing your lease
The good:
-Pretty grounds
-Nice location, plenty of restaurants, grocery, gas, bars nearby(though in Tampa, most places are like that)
-There is a pool and fitness center

I will be leaving once my lease is up. Good riddance.
