the WORST experience of my life

I have never lived somewhere as horrible as Relections of Carrollwood. The office staff is unhelpful as well as ignorant. The maintnance staff barely speaks English and is as equally unhelpful. I have had numerous problems with the place, things breaking down and taking weeks to fix it. My screen got torn and my apartment was broken into. My screen was not fixed for 2 weeks and was unable to let my cats out on the porch. My heater/AC stopped working twice in the year I was there. Most of all I DESPISE the staff they are the most unhelpful SOBs ignorant people a person could ever run into. If you move into that place (which is WAY too expensive for what is offered) God be with you.
