I have been living in regency apartments since 01/2009. These apartments is not the place to stay unless you are homeless and have no where else to go. when you use the bathroom it ends up outside on the ground right in front of your door. you can see the fices and the toilett paper on the ground from where someone has wiped there ass and it stanks bad as hell. My kitchen and bathroom sink has been stopped up since I moved in, The roaches run the apartment ----....I thought the landlord was supposed to kick you out but I think the roaches got them beat. When I 1st moved in I had to burn my stove for the heat B/C I don't have a heater on the wall unit that I have. My AC does not have knobs on it so I can't cut my air up and down, when I get cold I have to unplug it. I just got a lock for my mail box after 5 months of being here. I have seen at least six new managers since I've been here. I had to do a new lease when I 1st moved in B/C they could'nt find a copy of it. These apartments or so uncomfortable to live in. The fire alarms or constantly going off so you can't sleep. Everyone pays different prices for there rent, they are so unprofessional ---- you can run the apartments yourself if you wanted to compared to the job that they are doing. Please make this your last option. Ohhh....I don't want to forget to mention that they will still your money so make sure you keep a copy of all your receipts, Maybe one day they will get there ---- togeather but so far that has not happened so just beware::::::::::::::::

Whatever!!!!! I pay my rent every month on time, Never missed a payment, and as far as being a bad neighbor that's not true either because I stay to myself. You probably don't have anywhere else to go so that's why you're living here. I had to move here because I had to move right away and the amount of time that I had to move these apartments were the first apartments available. I might as well have lived in a shelter because it probably would be much better than living in these raggedy, beat down, A** apartments. And learn how to spell before you write someone trying to be smart out of your mouth. I'm a better tenant then you I can tell that by your handwriting. If your okay with living in filth than that's you but I can't take it anymore.
