	I am very pleased with the changes lately. I have lived at Regency Palms for 2 years now. New Management has just taken over and they seem to be taking initiative. They have made drastic changes to staff and grounds.
12/02/2005	This place is nicely situated but the staff is very unprofessional , rude and frustrating the pool is filled with bleach and everyone is mostly lazy lots of cockroaches in apartments	NO	3.0
