The money is spent on the location. The complex is older but in better condition than newer places. It has had some updates but still needs more. The newest manager is working out better than the last but who knows if she'll last. We've had at least 5. Maintenance is performed by one person who is just not able to make good repairs.
Overall it's the better deal for the area but needs some repairs.
