I have lived at Regency for about 8 months and have to say I am pleasantly surprised at how positive of an experience it has been. The property is a bit older but well maintained and very affordable for the S. Tampa address. I haven't had many issues but anything I have brought to management's attention has been quickly resolved and professionally handled.
