Management is horrible the lady in the office is bias, racist, and does not up hold the law when it comes to apartment guidelines. (SENDING EVICTION NOTICES WHEN FULL RENT IS PAID TO GET IT SO YOUR ROOMMATE GETS OUT OF A MONTH RENT) She was in cohoots with my roomie at all times. She charged a late fee of 150 $ when 75 is the max matience sucks, walls and floors paper thin neighbors are rude and complain about every little thing even is someone is talking loud in their own apartment and they dont consider how loud they are. ONLY MOVE HERE IS YOU WANT TO BE SCREWED OUT OF YOUR MONEY, AND BE MISERABLE THE PARKING SUCKS EVERYTHING SUCKS THE INSIDES LOOK NICE AT FIRST BUT THEN YOU NOTICE THE PROBLEMS AIR IS ALWAYS BROKEN. I'M NOT SUGAR COATING AND I'M NOT BEING OVERLY MEAN I HAVE LIVED IN SEVERAL APARTMENTS IN TAMPA AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM UNTIL I MOVED HERE.
